that prides its self on being able to offer personalized service. Our
staff values your business and will do everything possible to make sure
your loan process goes smoothly. Since most of our business comes
from referrals, making you happy is essential.
At Canton Street
Mortgage we work with many lenders, which allows us to find the loan
that is best for you. We offer a pre-approval process that eliminates
the worry usually associated with application approval. Once you
have been pre-approved, you can be confident that your loan will close.

Our Communication With You During the Process
You will receive the following contacts throughout the loan process so that
you are informed every step of the way:
1) An email that introduces your Canton Street Mortgage Team, and explains
the status of your loan
2) An email with your appraisal attached, indicating that the file
has gone to the lender for underwriting
3) A phone call from your Loan Officer about any funds needed to close
your loan
4) An email letting you know that your loan has gone into closing
5) An email with your Settlement Statement attached, so that you may
review it prior to closing
